We were visiting nearby and really just wanted a nice meal. We were well ubderdressrd and felt bad about it. We were directed to speak with Matt about a table for two, to which he was able to accommodate. It was clear that people should make reservations here. We snagged maybe one of two available tables in the whole place, likely a cancelation.
I didn't pull out my phone and take pictures of the food like I normally would. Take my word for it, this up scale fine dining fit for any occasion.
The service was excellent, everyone was so kind. We received repeated visits from Matt, who makes all the desserts in house. We wanted dessert, but just didn't have room. They dropped off a tiny carrot cake sample anyway. The quality and also the gesture meant everything.
Excellent experience overall and we really appreciate them making space for us.

This place was simply amazing!! My bf and I were in NY on vacation and staying near Nyack and wanted to have a nice dinner and after reading reviews we chose this place! To say we were jaws on the floor over how delicious the food was would be an understatement! We both had the NY strip dinner which was the best steak I’ve ever had and my bf being very picky about his steak was super happy and talked about it for the rest of the night!!
Now we heard the owner is a pastry chef so our waitress said they take their dessert menu very serious and boy were they right! The sticky pudding toffee cake was to DIE for! I was skeptical don’t get me wrong, especially when it mentioned candied ginger but it was hands down the best thing my taste buds have ever tasted!! I will visit this place again and again whenever I am close by!!

I went here last night with my family to celebrate a milestone birthday. The food was amazing, service was excellent and the vibe of the restaurant was beautiful. They also didn't rush us at all and were very accommodating. It is pricey but the menu offers high quality and unusual dishes, so I felt that it was worth it. I highly recommend

We’ve come here many times in the past but we stayed away far too long…for what reason??? Who knows. Tonight’s meal service and dessert were all spot on. Attention to detail. Friendly and prompt service and delicious food and the dessert. To Die For!! The staff is happy and so evidently invested. To see the owner out and about ..seating ..serving…and conversing all night speaks volumes to this place. Will be back again. Much sooner than later.
Food and service was great but we sat at the bar and had burgers and one drink each and after tip it was $160…that’s insane. Too pricey for bar food

My family and I visited this restaurant for the first time over the weekend, and we were absolutely impressed! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially with my two young daughters, which made us feel right at home. The atmosphere is charming, with beautiful paintings and photographs adding to the cozy ambiance. The food was outstanding, and the drinks were equally amazing. It's not often that we find a place that hits all the marks, but this restaurant certainly did. We will definitely be back!
Delicious foods; we ordered the Fresh oysters, the pacchieri with shrimps and the duck! It was truly well prepared, so truly thanks to the great chef and also the attention from our waitress Eleanore! Highly recommended, a nice choice if you drive by to Nyack.

If I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars I would! Service was excellent, very attentive and friendly. They make you feel special as soon as you walk through the door. Food was outstanding, specially dessert! Thank you Matt for your hospitality ? We will definitely be back.
