I’m a long standing customer of Mama’s and love their extensive gluten free menu. This year, my 9 month old daughter had her first taste of Mama’s and loved it!!!

We all just left Mamas italian restaurant in Oakdale. What an amazing experience. The service was fantastic. The food was amazing. We had hot antipasta, fried calamari, salads, fried shrimp, pasta , and the deserts were mind blowing. I would recommend mamas to everyone. Its a nice quiet quaint Italian restaurant. I will definitely be going back with all family and friends. Thanks.to all

Came here for dinner with my family on a slow day to have an early dinner and was told to choose any table at the restaurant. Lady didn't sit us down, didn't provide us with menus and we ended up waiting for about twenty minutes. In the duration of that time, we weren't even asked what we wanted to drink, no bread was brought to our table, and to top it off they didn't even look in our direction once. We ended up having to leave the restaurant hungry. Never coming back.

this place is hit or miss. When its good its really good when bad its really bad. got there a bit early or a pick up waited close to 10 minutes (no issue with the wait). When I got the food home half of it was ice cold and the order was wrong.

Had a sicilian pizza half pepperoni with fresh mozzarella but got the bonus of having a hair in it. Brought it back for a refund and the women couldn't see it even after I pointed it out. So I had to prove it was in there by removing it for them. Plus this was the smallest amount of fresh mozzarella I have ever seen on a pie. Not worth the money. Got my thirty one dollars back but pretty sure this is the last time at mama's.

Very lackluster... I ordered a meatball calzone, and of course you're charged extra for anything you add into it...there was maybe 3-4 pieces of meatball in the whole thing, with one big chunk in the middle so the other pieces were much smaller. The calzone itself was undercooked and doughy. The chicken ala vodka parmesan hero (I was charged an additional $3 for the sauce) was very disappointing. The chicken cutlet was definitely not fresh and had no seasoning...the sauce was meh...the sicilian slice was a huge miss. The dough didn't sit long enough to let the dough actually rise and become airy like any good sicilian slice should be, so it was very chewy and underdone. The sauce was tasty enough however, and the cheese on it was of decent quality. Finally I paid $5 for a pretty large slicd of buffalo chicken pizza, and it was ok, but I've had better...I was told it was pretty spicy and quite honestly didn't find that to be the case...and while the side of blue cheese dressing was enormous, it had the smallest chunks of blue cheese ever...overall a very forgetful experience and not worth the $30 I spent.

Decent to-go experience here but nothing to rave about. Ordered the penne a la vodka to split with my fiancé and it was alright. I was really looking forward to trying the garlic bread until I opened the box to see it sitting there completely unwrapped. Tin foil would have been nice.
