I’m not a huge salad guy so a “Chipotle style” pick your own assembly line wouldn’t work well for me at a place like this. I need some chef-created options for inspiration! Fortunately, there are tons of amazing and colorful arrangements here, and I was very pleased with the variety of proteins as well as the sides (e.g. roasted buffalo cauliflower, pickled onions, sweet potato’s, whipped hot honey goat cheese, etc), plus a ton of house made dressings to top it all...

I made the decision to go Vegan so finding Just Salad is perfect for me. The salads are fresh delicious and never disappoint.The service is exceptional and Tracey, I feel like I can call her a friend always pleasant with a smile let’s just say she is very cordial.l look forward to getting a salad and seeing her. my mother have me bringing her one now too.
