My burger was extremely burnt and dry. I was incredibly dissapointed. The Mac and cheese was really good.
my experience was great! i came here for a quick bite to eat after work - normally i go through the drive thru however for some reason the app wasn’t working for me today so i chose to dine inside. i’m glad i did because the service was great! i ordered on the kiosk and while waiting for my food several people checked in with me to make sure i was being helped. Huge problem this Shake Shack has is that when you get toppings specially cheese on your French fries you get near nothing. On two orders of cheese fries there was no cheese on it. When you're charging close to $8 for an order of fries, you can spare an extra scoop of cheese. Nathan's never has this problem. Burgers were great
