Well, when you get scolded at the window for not pre-ordering the 12 to go……. Even after telling them that my brother-in-law just passed away and I was in route to my sister-in-laws to help her grieve her lose. Customer service and compassion is a thing of the past. NEVER again will I shadow this establishment!!!!!!!
Just left there after waiting behind one car for 20 minutes- no exaggeration as I watched the clock in my car. Finally pulled up to window after the car in front of me finally got their order- empty window! Could see two girls and one guy talking to each other. Left and went to Dunkin- I’ll pay the extra buck.😡
I’d really love to give Tim Hortons my business because I love their kettle chips. However the last 4 the last 4 ... 4 times. I ordered them and didn’t get them. Each time I stupidly didn’t check and each time I didn’t have time to go back. Finally decided to write a review over it... don’t order the kettle chips unless you don’t want kettle chips 😂
