I ordered the oriental chicken salad and it tasted terrible. The chicken was cold, the lettuce soggy, saturated in dressing, and the breadstick hard. My husband ordered a hamburger, and it was burnt to a crisp. The food was terrible but the service was great for being as busy as it was.
My husband and I haven’t been to an Applebees in years. While vacationing, we stopped to eat at the Olean, NY location. The host sat us down and told us there was only one server at the moment. We thought it might take a while. The server, Dalton was very professional, polite, and quickly got us our food even though he was waiting on all the tables in our section. He didn’t seem rushed or stressed at all. Did a great job! The food was great too.
