It wasn't very good the waitress was very rude She threw my son's plate at him she was lucky it didn't end up on him .. had to ask her three times to get water and she was rude about that . The dish I ordered was burnt. And I asked her for a cup of ranch and she came back with a little bit of it . Then a customer came in and she yelled at him and said she wasn't serving him and he was mad and he Left . Wish I had a picture of the pizza

Okay, so we were there years ago and they literally lost our order... offered us a 10% discount... never went back. We received an Appleby's gift card but my husband refuses to go back...so we regifted it thinking they would have a better experience than us...well, I was wrong...they were rude and jad a terrible experience

I get 100% proof of ID, we are in New York. However, while serving my husband, it would have been nice if I had been asked if I would like anything else instead of just being ignored. Fortunately we had other dining options in the area.

We came for an enjoyable birthday dinner. Got our first drinks at the bar. Change was given back wrong (shorted us.) ordered our dinner and never received our vegetables ( side dish.) didn't receive our toppings that went on the steak but eventually the waitress brought those out to us. My husband decided to talk to the manager who we were very grateful to for making the night a success.
Update- left this 5 years ago, in that time we have went here several more time for lunches while working. If I could give a negative review I would.
Let me start by saying, I love applebees. Best french onion soup hands down and my favorite chain restaurant. That being said... this place is terrible. This is the 3rd time at this location with the worst service ive had at any other location. First time, wonton stir fry was terribly burnt. Second time there was a hair on my burger and the waitress was terrible. This time, we order our food and drinks at the same time. 15 min later my girlfriends food comes out, still no drinks... waiter gets drinks and comes back, apologizes, and said my fajita was done. 8 minutes later she brings me my, now cold, fajita skillet. Fix your shit Allegheny applebees.

Out of respect to some of the AWESOME Applebee's staff I know as my own customers or friends.. I made this a 2 star review. But I need this franchise owner aware (if this is a franchised location) that I have complained and asked for a DMs involvement and I was told by an employee I know (we will respectfully keep them anonymous) tonight that you have a NEW DM As of recently and this happened around the time after I reported my incident. This is in regards to a DOOR DASH ORDER I made and picked up as a Paying customer on 12/14/24 (pending resolution aside a partial refund...) where I Got in to a verbal altercation with your AWFUL on duty manager that night. Your GM sounded empathetic and assured me this would be resolved, but I was anonymously informed that your DM did interview this manager in question and took his word for it about said incident without speaking to your customer first or reviewing it fully.
I want my issue resolved and I would like to feel comfortable again frequenting this location because I have for a LONG. TIME... thats if I ever choose to after this issue....

They refused to serve a drink with someone I was with because the side of the ID was just a tad lifted. It was stupid, won’t go back. You can scan it and know it’s real. There was nothing about it that looked tampered with,

We went for dinner last night. We placed our order including salad, appetizer, and steaks. We received our drinks in a timely manner. Fast forward 25 minutes and our steaks come out. No salad, no appetizer, I questioned if we were supposed to eat cold food because we prefer to eat our salad and appetizer before the main course. The manager came over and said that she would provide our service from there out. She got our salad and an appetizer platter. A few minutes later she comes back to tell us that she gave us someone else's appetizer platter and she will get ours. She then brings ours out a few minutes later minus the Bleu cheese that was ordered so again we wait while she goes to get it. She assured us that our steaks were being remade. Our steaks finally arrive. They are room temperature at best. The mashed potatoes were so cold they didn't even melt the butter that my husband asked for. It was freezing inside and we and other customers had to ask for heat to be turned on.The bill arrived and of course I again told the manager that this Applebee's is awful and needs some management changes in order to get things right. If we are going to pay full price the least your restaurant could do is get the order correct! I would not recommend this Applebee's!!
