Super delicious bento lunch. A lettuce salad with creamy ginger dressing came out very quickly. I enjoyed teriyaki salmon and veggies, sticky rice, pork dumplings, California rolls and ginger slices. I stopped in for lunch yesterday and ordered a chicken teriyaki bento box. It started with miso soup that was a little lacking in salt but it was light and refreshing. The chicken in the bento box was plentiful and juicy while still being well cooked. The sauce was tasty and sweet that was served with the chicken and vegetables. We love this place and visit regularly with our two-year-old. Not only is the sushi always fresh and delicious, but the servers are always so kind and patient with us & our daughter- who is admittedly still working on her restaurant manners and can make a big mess sometimes. They have even gone out of their way to bring us our meal on the sushi boat just to see the smile on her face. We’re so lucky to have this place in Olean!
