I used to really love the flavors of Chipotle but lately in the last three months or so, even at the Chipotles in Erie, the quality has taken a nose dive. Meats are not as flavorful, salsas are meh, and the lime cilantro rice is lacking in flavor and sometimes either over done and they put a glop of stuck together rice in the bowl with no flavor or it is aldente with absolutely no flavor.

Olean’s Chipotle is the first one I went to where they really couldn’t bother cutting the meat into bite size pieces or shredding the Barbacoa like they have done in the past. Just a few huge chunks of barbacoa with no flavor. Not sure I will be patronizing Chipotle too much longer if the quality of their once delicious food keeps tanking.

My son ordered a bowl to go and we were in and out in under 2 minutes. Impressive.

Our order was missing items and supposed to have steak but instead got a tiny bit of pork and mostly beans in our burrito bowl.

Amazing 👏 food was well prepared and plentiful, in these trying times you gotta have a place like this one ! 😋 will be ordering once a week for as long as I live.

I’ve been to chipotle in many different places with not issues, but this location always small burritos, always mess up esp when you use pickup or drive thru. When you pay almost $20 for a burrito you should get the standard size Chipotle burrito. Will not be going back to this location.

Sometimes the line here can be over 30 minutes. But today for lunch, there was no line, and they had my to go order ready. My friends have mentioned that their to go orders have not been made when they arrived.

It was good. Be nice if the place had a clean table to sit at. Only reason for the 4 star

Food was good, actually quite tasty. The restaurant itself is in a bad need of cleaning, the tables were disgusting the floors appeared to have not been swept or mopped in a good while. The staff wasn’t very helpful as I hadn’t eaten in a chipotle before and really didn’t know what I wanted or what to expect.

My nursing unit and I ordered $187 worth of food for our shift a few weeks back. Everything we ordered was wrong, only 4 of the burrito bowls were actually labeled and they were labeled wrong, one contained peppers and the girl that it was ordered for is highly allergic, and nothing in any of the other bowls was correct. The ONLY thing right was the amount of chips they added, we were missing salsas as well. I’ve contacted chipotle support multiple times and get nowhere with anyone. No refunds, no contact to make it right, nothing. It was a waste of our money and our break that we hardly ever get to take. I understand mistakes happen, but to not even try to make it right when they have been contacted over and over is just unacceptable as a business. I love chipotle, but i would rather drive to Buffalo to get it than to go here again. Dont waste your time or money, go order somewhere else like we had to.

First time eating at a chipotle. Staff was super helpful and kind. They also replaced the chicken for an individual that I work with bc it was too spicy for him in exchange for a less spicy option and we very cautious for his gluten sensitivity when they were told. Great first experience ?

Emplyoees are nice foods good. But it seems like nobody knows what cross contamination means when it comes to allergens. Please train employees on how to avoid this like not putting food on a tortilla and tossing it back in the bin because theres a tiny bit more meat than they wanted. Or tapping the utensils onto the tortilla/food. Another example ive seen is changing gloves befores changing serving utensils or even grabbing contaminated ones on accident and just moving on.

Dietary restrictions: They do not understand cross contamination of allergens be very careful.
