A couple of the wait staff were completely clueless about everything. Maybe they are new workers (?)The waitress that is there all the time is very good and attentive.Once we came as a party of 6 and had trouble having table arrangements. All tables in the front were filled, and we couldn't fit 6 in a booth. There were only about two booths where moving a small table over would work. That partially blocked the way to the bathrooms and back entrance/exit.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free toast with breakfast. Like many other places, they charge extra for it.“
“There is no Dunkin in my hometown. I travel 2 counties for work and ANY TIME I am in the Olean area, I fit in time to go to Dunkin!!! My orders are always correct, staff is friendly! Place is always clean! They have the most coffee flavors, and I love they have sugar free options! I always love seeing Olean on my schedule, look forward to my large coffee with cream, Splenda and Raspberry shots! Yummy!!“

“Was very long wait for service... the drive thru is always incredibly busy, not enough employees. But my double quarter pounder with cheese and extra onion was amazing. It was made like someone made it for themselves. They didn't just throw everything at the bun like I'm used to. I was very happy with the quality of the burger, the wait was well worth it.Parking: And excessive amount of spaces in the parking lot, right next to a motel also, great rates online, if u book at the window it's double the cost.“

“Ordered a Berry Cherry refresher drink 2 weeks ago and it was superb ?! So good!While down the other way in Olean today, ordered one from another TH and it was a failure! Every time we stop at this Tim Hortons, everything has been awesome! From the coffee to the breakfast sammies! The disappointing refresher from the other TH was enough that we will stick with the best! This store! Worth the trip across town to this one! Thank you!“
