They were extremely disrespectful to my wife when she tried to get the free sundae they are doing with the meal. She forgot to put in the code and their excuse was they can't have anyway to look up if it goes with your order? Maybe just look at the order, not to mention the soup she got for herself she just seen when we got home was not even halfway full not to mention she asked for a hard boiled egg on her little salad they gave her and it wasn't even half an egg you can see in the picture. Extreme rip off and disappointed with the service highly don't recommend this friendly's, they were anything but what the name suggests.

I haven't been to Friendlys in a few years but its my birthday weekend and stopped in for a treat. The food was amazing! Nothing was terrible. The waitresses were super friendly and again, the food was on point! So glad we stopped in!
Love friendlys food! Jim dandy is my favorite! Waited a long time to have one again! Friendlys in my home town closed and was very excited to see one near where we were staying on vacation! Had to make sure we stopped

Me and my fiancé came down this past Wednesday and right off the bat we had to wait to get seated because the staff were just mingling after I got called beautiful my fiancé got called a cripple and disabled by the waitress and we lost all appetite but tried giving the benefit of the doubt for the food but there was hair in my food(cheeseburger and French fries) yall need to go back to hospitality training and need hair nets or whatever something needs to change im not trying to be rude but it takes a lot for my fiance to wanna go out to dinner and he never wants food but after this experience i dont blame him, we aren’t coming back and dont feel bad about not tipping please train your staff better it was uncalled for for my fiancé to be called a cripple (he legit got hit by a semi truck and lost his leg and i will never allow him to be disrespected like that again) joke or no joke.
