If I could rate zero I would. The server in question, whose name I will not divulge out of respect for their personal anonymity, made us wait for 20 minutes after seating before they took our drink order. Following this, I watched six different tables get drink and food orders before they finally came to get ours. We then proceeded to wait for 40 minutes after this. When our food came out, the order was completely wrong except for my partner’s. Literally not a single order of my daughter’s order was correct and my plain burger came out with lettuce, onions and mayo. They were gracious enough to correct my daughter’s order. After seeing the service we had been given to that point, I did not trust the establishment enough to not mess up my amended order, so I sat there with the untouched burger in front of me until my family was ready to leave, I paid the full order and I didn’t tip a penny. The server earned every penny of their tip tonight. This place is a clown show, and not worthy of the hour drive and gas we wasted to dine here.
If you can handle the risk of the food orders getting hilariously bungled, it was a friendly environment and I felt like at the bare minimum it was a pleasant atmosphere to dine in.

I was there with my family last Saturday 3/22 and it was the worst experience we ever had! The food was terrible - I swear the fries came from McDonald's, they were stale and luke warm. The burgers were dry and luke warm. My husband said his meal, the beef tips and mashed potatoes weren't too bad. It took 5 minutes to be seated at a table that was cleaned half-assed and it took the waitress 10 minutes to pull herself from whatever conversation she was in the kitchen having to finally ask us if we wanted drinks and to take our orders, then got my son in law's order completely wrong. From where we were seated, I had perfect view of the kitchen and the wait staff spent more time in there gossiping and gabbing than doing their jobs. For $123, I expected better food and service. Would have gotten better food from Burger King for less money. Will not be going back, ever!!

We were sat right next to the kitchen and could see everything that was happening. The cooks were touching the ground and then touching the food without gloves and were not being sanitary at all. Made me not want to eat my meal at all. If I was the manager I would check this out. It was disgusting!
