Great food and people.

Kid-friendliness: There are somethings for kids to play with and kids eat free on Saturday with an adult entree.

Cute restaurant nestled in downtown Olean. The food was okay but a little pricey for the portions.

Just passing through. Looking for a quick stop to get back on the road.
Place was empty, 2 servers. Ours was very slow-w. Had to request her to take our order!! Eggs over cooked on both our breakfast plates. Glad we won’t be back!

I come here alot...the breakfast ahh...home fries are never the same..nasty!! What ever food distributor sells these should definitely change. I would give 4 out of 5 if things would change. Only breakfast restaurant spot downtown..missing the opportunity??

I've been to Green Acres Cafe on several occasions. Never had a bad experiences. My most recent dining experience was with my step mom. She had the homemade Belgium waffle. I had the Blueberry pancakes. You could tell the blueberry pancakes were homemade. They were filled with fresh blueberries. Our food arrived promptly. I remarked. I don't know how he (Paul) manages to do all of the orders so quickly and efficiently. The food is hot and fresh.
The waitress was attentive to our needs. We will definitely return to Green Acres.

Small town vibe, good pancakes and waffles. Nice patty melt sandwich. Not the cleanest or newest looking place but nice historical value and great service.
