Ordered food to go on the app. Received a notification food was loaded into the portal. Arrived at the store less than 5 minutes later only to be told they gave my food to someone else who ordered the same thing. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my food.
Honestly, sometimes the quality of the food in this place is hit and miss. We order the same thing almost every time, and half the time they mess up our half pepperoni and mushroom half pineapple and bacon pizza. So, I recommend checking that your order is right and also that it isn't overdone. BUT, half the time the food is made right and tastes great! AND, when it's wrong, they are really great about fixing the problem. We usually order here a few times a month or...
I'll start by saying that we don't have a Little Caesars where I live, so I don't have much to go from.. but last year we tried the Little Caesars in Salamanca and were very happy. It's our yearly trip to Olean this weekend and the pizza tasted doughy. The bread sticks were very disappointing, we honestly just threw them away. It was convenient that the pizza was ready quickly, but I would've preferred having to wait a little longer than receive it still...
