Renna's West & Mio Gelato Cafe

This store is ridiculous! I came in at 6:10pm ordered a large pizza 12 wings and a calzone.. it’s currently 7pm and my food has yet to be started…. I attempted to contact the owner and asked for him to call me and was told he would and he has not. It’s absolutely ridiculous people that came in after me have gotten their food and left.

The pizza used to be very good and much like the mall location. Some reason as of late the pizzas are undercooked and a ton of crust like the toppings are not evenly distributed. When they are on point though its very good but unfortunately for us it has lacked for awhile now.

I heard the food is great however I showed up to grab food just after 8pm as the restaurant says they closed at 9. However, i got there and stood at the door and it was locked. I called several times and no one answered. Probably best to update the time on the website.

My pizza bottom was burned

Been here a little over 2 years. Coming from another great pizza town from the Midwest I honestly say that the new york style pie we just had at renna's was hands down the best pizza I've had since coming to the Bradford Olean area

Ordered online. Got call they don’t carry what I want and have paid for and now I have to pay extra for something else. On a 80$ order. Never again.

Ahhh, Renna's - Mio Gelato Cafe location. The new owners have really brought it back. Their DAILY special is a weekend favorite for my sister and me. They even now have an app so you can earn points! What's not to love! BTW, they went back to the BIG slices of Za the way it used to be. Good quality for the money! Thanks Renna's!
