Today 05/11/25 I got an iced coffee and I discovered a HAIR just chilling inside my cold foam. I tried to get the barista’s attention but wasn’t successful. so I drove back around to the speaker box to let them know. Once I got my drink remade it wasn’t what I ordered and when I asked to speak to a manager, they said there wasn’t one available. I had high hopes for this Starbucks location when I found out Olean was getting one. But almost every order I have gotten from here has not been made correctly. And now I am experiencing hair in my drinks! 🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢 So I don’t think I will be returning until they can get their shit together! Do better Olean Starbucks! Tim Hortons would NEVER serve me hair with my drinks!

The representation of everything wrong with the way the food industry is going. Wanna wait a hour for a mediocre coffee? Make sure you visit this location! I’m writing this in the lobby, still waiting for me drink, well over a hour of waiting while the entire time there has been at least 15 drinks just sitting on the counter for online pickup. I don’t know, maybe stop your online orders if you’re so packed??? What a joke. Will NEVER RETURN. Genuinely hope this goes out of business and soon.

I went through the drive thru, and there was not another car there, so I had no wait time. I ordered a Venti Frappe with 4 shots of strawberry and 2 shots of sugar cookie (I found it delightful). The worker was friendly enough, though not overly. But, I was served in a timely manner, and I definitely appreciated that. Overall, it was a good experience, as far as drive thrus go.

The Starbucks in Olean is Satisfactory; it’s Clean from what I have seen. Ordering a coffee is one of my favorite times of the day, except at this Starbucks. I order cream on the side of my coffee and any sentient being would have the idea to leave room for cream. So as I take the lid off, my coffee is heaped on the top of my cup, on the verge of breaking the surface area and lo behold it spills on my groin, burning in the most unpleasant way, this happened more than once every time I get a coffee it’s made this way. And it please for some of the men that work there shave your neck. It’s the most unpleasant thing to see when your in formal attire.

Personally, I'm glad this store opened in Olean. It was a rocky start being new to this small city but it's always full which tells you how well they're doing. Drinks are great and food has been good as well. The baristas are still learning but they're doing a great job, especially with the rush of old and new customers to Starbucks. I will definitely return!

As a new Starbucks in a town I don't often visit, I've only been there twice. Both times I ordered via the app. Once for inside pickup and once for drive thru pick up. The inside pickup had me waiting for about 8-10 minutes once I got there. The drive thru pickup was a disaster. I was behind four cars. The time to the order speaker was quite short, the time waiting for a car a few ahead was a nightmare. They were getting multiple gift cards in the drive thru and had to look at them and choose sleeves etc. The wait was well over 18 minutes. There should be a better process. I understand that it is a new location, so maybe over time it will improve. They seem understaffed.

I love starbucks, I'm so excited that we got one, I get my favorite Java chip with extra chips, extra chocolate drizzle and peppermint flavor. But it's been annoying because they keep putting cookie crumbs on my drink which doesn't even come with and I get no drizzle let alone my extra drizzle. I hope they get retained because i hate cookie crumbs on my drink and it's not even come with it.
This location is so tidy and attractive. Everything was clean and arranged nicely. Food and drinks were wonderful too! I do hope that the service can speed up a little - but I do recognize they are still a very new business.

I got a drink in the drive thru and a pastry and my drink was wrong and I was overcharged. I went inside and Savannah was nasty when I explained I was overcharged and that my drink was wrong. She said she made it so no it wasn’t wrong. She remade it and there was barely any lemonade added because she dumped what was left in the container in and was rude when handing me my new drink. I’ve ordered the same drink for years at dozens of Starbucks and it’s never been made wrong but mine is made wrong every time at this location unless Bre makes it. I’m not sure what’s going on but it seems like half the staff doesn’t know the recipes. Why can only one person make a standard drink correctly? It doesn’t make sense.

Workers were pleasant. I got a turkey provolone red pepper and pesto on a ciabatta roll. The sandwich had very good taste but I could barely find the turkey in it. It was almost all pesto and roll.
