Great customer service. The man who waited on us was very nice and had a beautiful smile. The coffee was perfect. We live to far away to be a repeat customer, but if we lived closer we would visit often.

Drink wasn’t made correctly - chai tea and it was way too light, when I asked for a couple pumps of chai in a pump cup, so the barista wouldn’t have to throw the whole drink and remake it. She proceeds to tell me, “we won’t be doing this again, our company doesn’t allow it.

I had the best experience, this morning. First, yesterday I got drinks that weren’t sweetened, so today I told the adorable girl at the window that I want to make sure they were sweet this time. She told me they would be sweetened and that they’d cover the cost of our order, because we didn’t get good ones yesterday. Both girls at the window were so helpful. 100 percent recommended, and don’t be afraid to let them know if something is wrong with your order. 😍 thank you!

This new Starbucks was recently built in a desert of Starbucks so everyone is so happy to have one. What a breath of fresh air to have a fast, friendly, CLEAN, and actually accurate Starbucks! The only other Starbucks that's an hour away in Lakewood/Jamestown is super dirty everywhere, dusty lobby, sticky floors, always has flies walking all over stale pastries, always messes up simple orders, and it just flat out sucks. So happy to have a better option now.

On Wednesday June 11 I ordered 2 hot caramel macchiato upside down with extra caramel drizzle we went through the drive through they were ready as we drive away one of them was not right so I went into the store and was politely greeted by Bre who asked what the problem was I asked her to giving a stir and add a little Carmel to see if that was the problem. She says no we will make a fresh o e and as we were talking she also was very helpful as how to order a cold Carmel macchiato. Bre was wonderful and had a smile the whole time . I will definitely be back. Thank you Bre

they do not know how to make mocha cookie crumbls good every time i get one it is either not blended well or lacking something this time they put no chocolate in it at all
