Best subway in the area! Clean, efficient, and the staff is always friendly. The drive thru is so convenient. Also love that they sell two different kinds of soup.

Went through drive through and got 2 subs. One was correct. The other was supposed to be a club with cheese, lettuce, onion, mayo, oil & vinegar, salt & pepper and parm cheese. All items were checked off on the order screen. Got home to meat, mayo, & tomatoes only. No cheese no other veggies. On a stale roll btw. I called (not sure why I bothered). I was told that no items were selected and if I wanted, I could bring it all the way back down and have the veggies added. Items were definitely selected - except the tomatoes that they put on it. I don’t eat tomatoes and would not have selected them. So I paid $9 for a 6 inch stale roll with gobs of mayo and 3 slices of meat…. And tomatoes that I think are disgusting. Either someone there screwed up or their order screen malfunctioned.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, then went inside to see what was going on, got told by the stoned employee that the drive thru was closed. Well nobody told the 4 cars that were waiting in the drive thru. When asked if they could make our sub order, we were told no. Never go back there again.

Stay out of this subway, The manager/heavyset girl and I think her name was Alicia is always very rude and not business oriented, she constantly has issues with any extra vegetables you want on your sub , do you want a little extra onions , forget it, she'll give you a hard time if you want a little extra green pepper , forget it she'll give you a hard time , stay out of all the subways they own in the Olean area , she floats amongst the stores and everyone complains about her , I told all my kids and wife to never go back and they graciously agreed , I'll take our 3,000 a year that we spend at Subway and spend it at another restaurant that appreciates our business !!!

The food was great, service too because the employee i dealt with was phenomenal. However, rating one star because of how horrible the management is. The male employee i dealt with had to apologize for the managers attitude to me. I'm not one to complain and I really don't want to be that guy but corporate needs to know about that manager.

My Subway “sandwich artist” named Alyssa was extremely nice and had a great attitude! She answered all questions i had about the menu considering i haven’t been since the new menu came out. She gave great recommendations and i made sure to give her a reasonable tip for this great service. She even added a second complimentary cookie onto my meal. I will come back for sure and i hope she is my server. The subway was also very clean and had a fresh smell to the building. Subway workers need a raise or at-least the ones employed here!!

The subs were cold after toating it... Never changed their Gloves per Health Department Guidelines/Food Handling, touching the register, handling cash and etc... Asked for Marianna sauce, the guy didn't know what it was? Even when I explained, it's meatball sauce??...I was a Nurse/Worked in the Food Service Business...Tasted burnt, meat tasted freezer burnt?
