I'm going to try and maintain my composure. I ordered a coffee and a steak wrap through door dash. I cannot go places due to being disabled and unable to drive. I only got my drink and I'm hangry but no problem I will call and get a refund. I was told it was the driver's fault for not grabbing it and they will not be using me a refund! I don't know how doordash works but I believe you put the food IN the bag for them!! I want a refund!

Just walked out of Tim Hortons. After standing in line with six other people for seven minutes. The five people behind the counter never acknowledged the existence of us. Never a hello or an I’m sorry or we’ll be right with you. Just ignoring. Then, after talking to the manager, all there was were excuses. There is no excuse for ignoring your customer, especially at Tim Hortons. So unbelievably disappointed. I will never go back to another Tim Hortons again because of the terrible experience at this one in Olean, New York. I know it’s hard to hire good people right now, but Tim Hortons, you can do better than this.

Wow, where to start?!

You’re not “short” you guys are slow. You move at a glacial pace, the ladies working shuffle around looking lost.

There’s usually one person cleaning the parking lot with the line around the building.

It’s called fast food.

This place is atrocious and it’s a shame for your customers.

There is one guy with a mustache who works at night who is fast. That’s it.

Worst Tim Horton’s ever.

We get it you don’t want to be working, we don’t want to wait thirty minutes for our food.

GET IT TOGETHER SWEETIES!

There can be only 2 cars in line and your drive thru order can take 10 mins. All I ordered was a donut and an iced coffee and I sat at the window forever! It caused a line of 7 cars behind me and that’s just what I could see! Employees need to either step it up or get replaced. Management must be bad for allowing this too. They also didn’t give me a straw with my order and I’m lucky I had an extra in my truck. Oh and they forgot to put the flavoring in my coffee.

Ordered through drive thru and get up to window to just get asked we didn't get your order and it's not on the screen
I ordered a xl coffee 4x4 and $3.08 is what I'm told at speaker and get to window sorry we didn't get it
There was only 2 cars ahead of me so it wasn't rush hour in the morning

No stars for this dump cold sandwich hash brown wasn't wrapped drive-thru cashier very rude will never ever come back here again I will stick with dunkin' donuts

I read the other reviews and can confirm the wait times in restaurant and in drive thru are horrendous. I spent about 20 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. This was after I had waited about the same amount of time in the establishment a few days before. I thought the drive thru would be better but was horribly wrong. There is a consistent theme of extensive waits no matter which route you go. My order each time was a medium iced coffee.

Every afternoon you cannot get a hot cup of coffee here anymore, it is lukewarm on the cold side. It doesn’t appear the coffee is getting made on time and just sitting in the butler’s all day. For how much money I spend here, I’m done with this place.

Stopped in after a oil change as I was visiting in town for the week. 27 minutes in a drive thru is totally unacceptable and irritating. I had a oil change done quicker with 2 cars ahead of me than it took to get a double double coffee. That was screwed up after that horrible wait. May wanna manage the manager of this location or something.
