I had an amazing experience at Arby's! They served me and my mom delicious food, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The service was fast and friendly, making our visit even better. The cashier didn't realize I had switched from a chicken to the beef and cheese sandwich, i think the classic with cheese? She charged for both on a credit card, and since I was out of town I didn't want my card disrupted at all so ended up paying an extra $9 and then the beef didn't even have any cheese

The staff, and especially the manager, were very compassionate, courteous, and helpful. The food was prepared quickly and accurately. All in all, it made out 16 hour road trip all the more memorable.
