Worse ribs ever. I had my heart set on this place after reading all the wonderful reviews. What am I missing?! Ribs were dry, meat did not fall off the bone, and sauce had an unpleasant taste. Coleslaw was definitely canned and fries were lukewarm at best. Extremely disappointing. They also need to update their website, masks were not required.
Brooks is still the best barbecue chicken in the Northeast.

Been checking online here periodically to see if Brooks ever returned to their original concept of table service with real plates, salad bar and the mini loaf bread. My heart did back flips & summersalts and got a thrill up my leg :-) THANK YOU, THANK YOU, A million THANK YOU's. Been a customer for 57 yrs. I well remember my first visit as a pre-teen.
