The Boba is really good, but the customers are really rude and I just don't even know how to the service is just so annoying. I don't even know they are just so rude. I don't even know what to do about it and the ambience they have about customers like literally they were barely even taking orders. I was like five minutes until closing and they couldn't make me drink. They should have made me the drink. I was only it was like 5 to 10 minutes before closing and they didn't give me my drink. It's this is just such a bad restaurant and I just don't even know what to say about this place just nobody go there. It's ridiculous. I shouldn't even have them, but I had to write a review. This is so dumb. Nobody ever go here zero stars

*2024 New Ramen Menu Update*Shio Tonkatsu Broth 9/10. Noodles are superb and slurpable. Egg perfectly yolky. Fresh scallion toppings crunchy and aromatic. And the fried Tofu with the bit of chili powder soaked in also had great texture and flavor.

From the delicious fruit tea to crab rangoon, dumplings, or ramen bowls, the menu here is outstanding! It is such a cute, spacious, clean place with free Wi-Fi. And the employees I interacted with were very friendly and competent. Highly recommend this place. Not just for bubble tea, but for the food. Great place for a meal.

Food tastes horrible. Trying to have asian food while not knowing what asian food is.Any of the milk teas taste extremely watered down (tried the taro/ thai/ plain). Almost always out of tapioca pearls, so it really can't count as a bubble tea shop with horrible milk tea and no real bubbles. Their juices are fineIf you want good bubble tea with actual good bubbles and tea asian cusine, it is pretty good. Simply thai got good thai tea tol

When you are here you are family, the service is incredible. They care about making sure you receive the best quality food and teas. Highly recommend the ramen and the Thai tea! This is a great restaurant and tea shop and adds to the greater fabric of the Oneonta community!

I used to come here all the time last year, and it was a very special occasion to break up the difficult schedule of my first year in college. Some very notable things about this place that have never changed, are things like the customer service, the welcoming staff and atmosphere, and the versatility of how you can spend your time here. However, as I come here more recently, I’ve noticed a drastic change in the quality of food (both taste and textures). I’m not one to dislike change, but it’s the negative change that I get wary of.These past few weeks, I’ve noticed that specifically their food options have become less and less appetizing, more on taste and texture than appearance. Things like the ramen including obviously store-bought, cheaply produced noodles which both act like pasta noodles, and taste like pasta noodles as well. Last year, I would always go back for the ramen dishes, because I knew that whenever I would bite into the noodles, it would be chewy, springy, and would absorb a lot of the broth. Now whenever I eat the ramen there, it feels like I’m just eating angel hair pasta dipped in broth (not to mention, now they serve a HUGE portion of noodles and very little broth).Just today, I got a pork katsu sando (Japanese sandwich), which was disgustingly salty and resulted in me wasting a lot of the dish that I wish I had enjoyed. I also got some kaarage chicken which just suddenly had change the cooking method, and the bread crumb tasted completely different than when I had it the other day (and not in a good way— it was extremely bitter, and tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed in a while).I really hope that I can continue to come back here and enjoy the food (like the kaarage and ramen dishes) while spending some relaxing time reading manga, but if the changes in dishes progress in this direction, I don’t think I’ll be returning for the food.It seems as if the only things that have not changed are the deserts and drink menu items, which I am super happy to keep returning for those, but I just worry that this progression of food changes, there will be a decrease in customer retention and satisfaction.I love this place for the people and atmosphere, and I wish the best for them.

The boba was good, and the inside of the store is beautifully decorated. It's not just a drink, it's an experience.

This place was so awesome. It brought back lots of childhood memory from the other side of the Earth. There were Ghibli posters all over the restaurant. The people working there were very friendly and helpful. The restroom was nicely maintained. The food was awesome. My kids got their own bubble teas (remember to chew the tapioca well!) The ramen was great. I appreciated the generous amount of green onions in there. (yum) The pork bowl was delicious. The dumplings were tasty. (You could choose to steam them, too) The service was pretty quick. I would definitely go again if I feel confident enough for the main st driving.Parking: I would not dare the street parking right on Main St. When it was during the rush hour, it could be impossible to get in and out. We parked in the 2 hour public parking lot by Diez.

I don't know their name but they seem very happy and cheery and that's something I really appreciate to see. Maybe only ordered once from them, but never the less it was a very nice interaction and I felt cared about. I walked up to the counter to order when they greeted me with Hola! As silly as it was I said Hola back. Didn't know what to order but miraculously this person happened to know all the best flavor and bubble combinations. Like that's some awesome dedication right there. I love it. They seem very nice too and get along well.

We went here three times during our week-long visit. My daughter loves boba drinks. I loved showing off my skills on the Ms. Pac-Man video game while we waited!! I didn't get to try the ramen or other food, but I saw others enjoying it. The servers were nice and answered any questions we had.Kid-friendliness: It's very kid-friendly and great for those of us who appreciate classic video games.Parking: Fairly easy to find street parking unless it is dinner time or events happening.

It was a special day for my daughter and I. Lunch and a movie. She suggested this establishment being an anime fan. I was hesitant but it was her day. The staff made it magical for her and I. Had no idea what to order. Asked for suggestions and recieved a delicious meal. The young ladies behind the counter made this an experience worth going back for. Thanks again
