I ordered takeout and I always usually order this but why would they write “Get help” for paying for something that I LIKE?! And I’ve been inside that place, it’s alright I guess but the service is just

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!We ordered food from here as the Chinese place we normally order from was closed and I had eaten here years ago and remembered that it had good food, but I couldn’t have been more wrong! We picked up the food and the man that I talked to was very nice, and we had ordered around 100$ worth. We got back and started unpacking it, and immediately we could tell that both orders of General Tso’s chicken were burnt, but we didn’t let that stop us and still ate.The wontons that I got were way too soft and had an odd taste to them, the Lo Mein that we got smelled weird, but again we decided to eat it anyways.By the end of the night, we were all throwing up and almost ended up going to the hospital as our stomachs hurt so bad. By the morning we were all bed ridden and ended up throwing ALL of the food away as to not risk getting sick again. We called the restaurant as to complain and see if we could figure something out, and they said we had to wait until Wednesday to figure it out as their boss was out of town. So today we called them, and the lady that answered was unbelievably rude and said that there WAS NO WAY we could have gotten sick as they had over 200 orders that night and nobody else complained. To be that ignorant honestly deserves an award. We asked if there was a way we could get a refund and she said “No way!” And hung up the phone. If you are looking for new places to eat, don’t go here, I have talked to many people about this place the last few days and they all said how it is un-cleanly and they would never eat here.

So I guess we ordered pick-up from this place probably for the last time. When asked about an additional $1.50 to sub an egg roll for the soup when ordering a dinner, a person came out and explained that the soup was ready made, but 2nd egg roll had to be made.???Don't they all have to be made? We ordered in advance and asked to sub an egg roll for the soup, as only 1 egg roll came with the dinner, and we didnt want the soup tonight. Price wise, soup is priced more than egg roll.Anyway, was told that's the way it is. When stating that we order quite frequently, and was just questioning the reason, the attitude was-" If you dont like it - well then go somewhere else."Ok. Guess we shall indeed - go somewhere else.Btw- it's not about the money exactly, it's the logic. Was just questioning it because it seemed like an ok swap. The food is usually ok, but we can find another place, no problem. Not the only place to get Chinese in Oneonta. And there's many, many other choices of all kinds around.Bad customer relations for sure. I don't care who the person was- owner, cook, server, waiter, counter person, whatever. You can explain things in a much better way without being rude.So ok China 19, you may not care about losing a few customers, but I care about where I spend my money.Too bad. So sad.I wouldn't have given any "stars" but I guess you have to chose something or it won't post.

Food is good, But don't ask for anything extra even if you're willing to pay because you never will get it. Order soup every time never ever get noodles or extra which I always ask for.Vegetarian options: there ok

I really loved it here! You fould tell it's a family business and I was served by some really adorable kids. They were very kind and helpful. The food was also pretty good! They are outdone by one other chinese place in Oneonta, but they are never a bad option.
