China 19 is a popular Chinese restaurant known for its extensive menu and fresh sushi. The restaurant offers a family-friendly atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. While they may not always accommodate special requests, they remain a reliable local take-out option. The menu features a variety of Chinese dishes, including the classic General Tso's chicken and chicken and broccoli, as well as a selection of sushi rolls. Customers have praised the restaurant's sushi, with one reviewer stating that it consistently has the freshest rolls in town. The restaurant also offers a variety of dinner specials, including poke bowls and pu pu platters, at a reasonable price point. Parking can be challenging during peak hours, but the restaurant's large seating area makes it a convenient dining destination. Recent reviews mention that the food is good, especially the poke bowl and shrimp toast, which is highly recommended. The staff is friendly, though the interior isn’t very appealing, so many prefer takeout. Some dishes like Egg Foo Young received mixed reviews, with the egg pancake being superb but the gravy too salty. Overall, China 19 remains a dependable spot for Chinese food and sushi.
