One of the places in town that *does* accept out of state IDs. More club than bar (at least at night on a Thursday), with scant seating and some pool in a separate room. If you're visiting from out of town, this won't be a good place to chill and relax, but it might be one of the few options available to you.
Great place for large group! We came here with my son's 12 year-old baseball team - and families. There were about 50 of us! Jenn was so accommodating. We didn't know our game schedule until the last minute, so Jenn and her staff had very short notice for our large group. They handled it like pros and it was the perfect spot for the last night of our Cooperstown tournament.
