Whoever the young lady who was working the counter at 1:30 pm, was horribly unhelpful, rude and dismissive. Came to use the BOGO blizzard deal, but was just unsure on how to redeem the award. Girl at the counter, wasn’t sure how to operate the app. That’s understandable, however the attitude given and speaking down like I was stupid was not. Left without ordering anything because it’s not worth it giving money to an establishment with people like that. A little kindness goes a long way, something that young lady needs to learn.Edit: Why would I ever want to return to this establishment? What’s to say I’m not treated like that the next time I go? Train your staff, before you lose more business.

No help, only 1 girl doing everything. Ordered a banana split, came with no nuts or cherry. Told that is extra. Disappointed for what it cost

Out of burgers and chicken tenders. No french fries either.

Can't get higher, since they don't have food. Without food they can't even compete with the local shops, as the local shops have more flavors.

Kinda disappointed that they don’t sell burgers and fries. The hotdog was horrible. The blizzard was amazing. You eat outside, no indoor eating

The Dairy Queen ice cream is not real ice cream like it was years ago . It's ice milk . And is not as good . Go to Sprinkles & Cream in Otego . Much better

My wife lives vanilla chocolate dipped cones, she got the big one. I had chocolate blizzard

Wasted gas to come here 9/10/22. Drove 30 mins to get here only for them to be closed down early with no notice at all. We arrived 25 mins before closing. So what gives?
