Best sandwich place in Oneonta
What a find while driving home from the Midwest. Stopped at Undercover Eggplant - had the Mrs Eggplant and Ferdinand's Eggplant. Everything was delicious including the homemade pasta salad. Big portions - took half of each home. Highly recommend. Salads looked great as well - next time.
