The two employees at this grossly understaffed store deserve a raise, though I really hope they quit. Whoever owns this spot should be reported to Dunkin. They obviously love the prime location, but must be allergic to actual work. They should be there with sleeves rolled up, ready to make some money at this location in August. But clearly, the owners are really lazy. Shut it down!
So I have never written a review for anything, especially not a negative one. but I definitely feel it necessary to write one now.
The customer service here has been awful not once, but a few times. I usually go to the one on southside. I love that one and highly recommend. but sometimes this one is closer to where I take my kids to play.
