Asked for decaf and got a full caf latte. It made me sick. And the staff were all swearing in front of my nephew. I'd suggest going to another Dunkin.
They rarely get the order correct. I am diabetic and always order my iced coffee with Splenda. Rarely, have I received it. Either I get NO sweetner at all or sometimes get real sugar instead a huge no no for me. Even when the sticker on the cup reflects the order correctly. I wont be returning to this particular location on chestnut street in Oneonta.
