As a server I always try to be understanding and compassionate. The experience we had was beyond terrible. We entered with a larger party. Upon arrival the we ordered drinks, which took an extended time. Drinks were delivered and a beer was forgotten. We waited, but our waitress didn’t return, so we had to go to the bar and retrieve the missing drink. Eventually our server came back and took our order. Several items were not available. Wait staff was pleasant and attentive. Food service was slow and the quality had decreased since they opened. Appetizers were great (poutine, potato bombs, chicharrones, cheese curds). Entrees were dry and flavorless. I would go back for just appetizers or dessert when time is not an issue. Also beware, gratuity is included and it’s not obvious on the bill.

NAGS Bar and Kitchen serves fantastic food with a great vibe. Delicious options include pasta and shrimp, wings, poutine, and the Nags burger with fries. The staff is always so pleasant, doing a great job with families. Food is excellent and served very fast. The atmosphere is perfect for both friends and families, with a great vibe. Visitors often find the food cooked perfectly and the service quick. Karaoke is on Fridays at 9PM. Desserts are fabulous, and booths near the windows are quieter. The neighborhood is awesome, making it a great people watching destination. They also have a great beer selection.
