A hair was in the food. Everybody make mistakes, and I didn't claim or reorder since it was late at night, and our small child with us was still hungry and needed my food right away. So I've chosen not to reorder. When the owner came to our table, I asked her to be careful in the future. Then she said I should have reordered the food and we heard no apology. She sounded such things happened often. When she came to our table again, I said she should apologize at least to show her sincerity. Then she began to argue with me for my not reordering the dish. Also she insisted she had apologized already. It could be my misunderstanding I didn't hear her apology, but I think the restaurant staffs shouldn't argue with their customers like that. We paid for the food with a hair as well, and left less tip because of her attitude. The waitresses are nice enough, but one young one was texting on her cell at the counter. It reminded me of a cheap Chinese food deli. They were also late to come to the table with menus and checks. The food was nothing very special. Just O.K. except a hair. One of our friends said she used to own a different type of restaurant at the same place and she also had an attitude then, too. They seem not to have much policy in what they cook & serve. The attitude from the owner ruined the whole experience.

I dined here many times. No issues with service. The food tastes authentic and delicious, but the seasoning feels a bit strong — maybe too much salt or MSG, not sure, hence minus one star. I usually ended up with a bit of a stomach ache afterward, but even so, I keep coming back because the flavors are that good. Fried ice cream is also really great!

I lived in Thailand for 4 years and my wife is Thai. I ordered Pad See ew. It was good. My wife ordered Rad Nah. She complained that it was too salty. I tasted it and I agreed. It was too salty. They made no attempt to make it better only saying everyone else likes it that way.

I wish I could give this a 5, because some aspects of this meal were the best I have had. The veggie rolls, and curry was exceptional, however, the meat inside the dish was boiled tasting, flavorless and super dry (tasted like very low quality meat). Even with that said, I would 100% go back and try their dishes with tofu.
As for the service, everyone was friendly and fast. Sometimes too fast.... on 2 occasions, our server left before we were done ordering. We were just driv8ng through on a long car trip, so this was a little annoying as it made the dinner take longer and us feel rushed to order the next time he came around.

Your Pineapple Fried Rice with Chicken was one of my favorite meals. However, the last time I ordered it, the cook forgot to season it. No curry at all. Totally bland! I have sent messages through your website twice, still no response. I guess I go elsewhere.

My wife was told that the pad Thai was very good. We ordered a takeout this evening and found the only ingredients relating to pad. Thai was the chicken and the rice noodles. It was too sweet for me to eat, and there were no peanuts or lime. I would not buy pad Thai from this restaurant!
