“2 days ago came through drive through took them 25 minutes to anybody to receive their orders/get served. ordered a cakepop and dragon fruit refresher with lemonade recieved it with another substance, which im assuming was milk. was frothy, had particles floating in the bottom and was plain nasty. went through today and had much better experience, gave me the correct order tastes great and rapid service getting order in and receiving order.“
“The BEST Starbucks team I saw yet! Gotta say: I visited an awful lot of Starbucks' teams over time. This one here, today, was FLAWLESS! Huge line, picky customers on the graduation day at SUNY, etc. They made it feel like a breeze. You guys nailed it big time! Sure thing, big shoes to fill for the rest of Starbucks coming next on the visit list.“
