There is a girl with glasses working in the kitchen who was complaining very loudly, to the point where you could clearly hear her from the lobby. I understand that fast food can be a stressful job, but complaining about customers loudly enough for them to hear is completely unprofessional and makes for an uncomfortable experience. They can't even get a drive thru order right. Pathetic!
Asked for extra and they delivered with extra all right, it was a mix of is this perfect or too much, which is exactly what I wanted
