Go elsewhere for cakes. Anywhere else. I knew to double-check with someone in person that a cake listed as available to order online was actually available. It wasn't. Ordered something simple- I thought- and left with zero expectations. What I just picked up for my daughter's birthday met every one of my zero expectations and there's nobody available to fix it and no time left to get another one.
