This deserves a review. I'd leave 10 stars if I could. THE best tacos I've ever had. You have to appreciate the talent that goes into making these taste so amazing. Owner was so friendly and an all around amazing time and experience. I look forward to coming back again and again.

The steak itself was good. The food is bland. If you are looking for Mexican food, do not eat here. If you are looking for lunch of some sort, eat here. This neighborhood is American and that's what they cook best

Vegetarian options: Salsa, guacamole, rice, beans

Kid-friendliness: Lots of outside seating

Parking: Many businesses have free parking in the back

Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of ramps

Carne Asada taco real good! My wife from Peru was excited about the Ceviche with Peruvian peppers. Seating inside, outside, and an outside covered area. Many choices of salsa.

Make no mistake. Flaco is a Mexican, not a TexMex taco. Picadillo, Carne Asada, Tinga. These are all traditional Mexican dishes shoved into a tortilla.I haven't tried all their salsas because I keep going back to their pico (that comes on the Picadillo) and the Agave (that comes on the Carne Asada.) Those are our favorite tacos too.We also recently tried their (new?) Braised beef. Well, I say we but my family ate it so fast I didn't get to try it. They really enjoyed it though.

Good food, cold beers if you want them. I liked what I got. I gave only 4 stars because it was hot inside and out, doors were open and the place got pretty warm. They have nice outdoor seating, covered as well, but the day I went was just too hot.

Nice spot in Orchard Park. Setting is pretty cool, especially for the summer time. The fish taco was pretty good.

I’m really sorry to say that Flaco Taco needs some help in the kitchen. I’m all for paying a higher price for great food but the tacos are lackluster at best. The meats are not cooked to order and are what I’d consider “pot” meats. Meaning roast or pulled.Make the tortillas, cook the meats fresh, add a salsa bar and you might survive.

Fantastic experience here today. I scoffed a bit at the $8 price for a Carne Asada taco, having made them at home myself, but the taco itself had a ton of meat, at least double what I would normally have in a Taco. Each always comes with a second tortilla, so you're basically getting 2 for the price of $8, which is great for the quality of meat you're getting. The outdoor dining is also fantastic, and the overall vibe is chill with great flavors. The taco chips are handmade along with the guac, and you can certainly taste it. The Chihuahua Fries are also a must, and for $5 you really can't beat them. Since Avocados are so expensive in the US right now I would also steer clear of the guac if you're looking for an affordable option. Will definitely be coming again with more family and friends!

Love the outdoor patio ! Enjoyed the Baja bowl and a raspberry ginger margarita. Portions were generous and better quality then other similar restaurants.

Food was delicious! Took awhile to get - but it was Cinco de Mayo!

What a fun way to spend a Saturday evening. We stopped for dinner and we're excited to try the new taco spot, same owner of Fatty's beer store.Upon arrival we found a cute space that was bright and fun and had some nice options for indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor patio will be a hot spot come nicer weather. The concept is fast casual and you can dine in or take out. There were a few people ahead of us and it gave us time to decide what we wanted to eat. We noticed a large cooler by the cash wrap which had all kinds of soft drinks, beers, hard seltzers and bottles of wine. Once it was our turn we were able to ask a few menu questions and placed our order. The staff was friendly and attentive. I was thrilled that the taco shells were all corn and therefore GF. We ordered the carnitas, carne asada and picadillo tacos, quesabarria, chips and queso, a Topo Chico hard seltzer and 2 margaritas. We were given a number and chose a seat on the patio. The food was brought out to us when it was ready.Overall the food was good. The tacos had generous portions of meat, what a nice surprise, and had seasoning and fresh toppings that were more street taco than Tex-mex style, thank god! I would say that each taco could be a made into 2 decent sized tacos and they were double shelled so it's an option. The meats were flavorful and juicy. The only call out I have regarding the tacos is that the carne Asada was pretty fatty. I personally don't have a problem eating the fat on steak but there were a few huge inedible chunks that had to be taken out. The flavor was good and the meat was cooked well so it was sad that there was less to be eaten. The queso was thick and had a nice flavor. It wasn't a typical Mexican queso but it was still delicious and I would order it again. The chips came out steaming hot. The quesabarria was tasty but the consume needed a little more salt. This item was a bit more Americanized than a birria taco, which isn't a reason not to order it but it's nice to know. The meat was juicy and it was a nice portion. The margaritas were a perfect way to spend an evening on a patio. There was so much food we needed to take some home. We received a pizza style take out box, which I think is genius. A great way to get tacos home relatively intact.Overall a fun dinner. We will be back to try more items on the menu.

Flaco Taco is a pretty cute set up in Orchard Park - which makes it a nice and desperately needed food option in this area.Lunch time can kind of be rough with how small it is if you intend to sit down and have lunch, there's only a few tables in here, and if there's a line during lunch, which there will be, you'll be eating while people are standing right next to you or behind you which can make an intimate experience kind of an awkward one.It has a really cool vibe inside, with a menagerie of drinks as you walk in to order, hanging plants, and a neat neon sign. Unfortunately, the signage for the menu is shiny and also a pretty bad color combination if you actually want to be able to see what the options are when ordering - white tiny text on a bright pink background that also gets reflection from the storefront windows does not make for a great ordering experience.I do wish there was a better selection for drinks with less sugar or alcohol that aren't just water. If it's a lunch time jaunt during work, beer isn't a go to, and 50grams of sugar in a single small soda bottle isn't the best pairing when you're already indulging in a taco. Now onto the main part - the food! The picadillo is pretty fantastic. It's the right amount of flavors, though I do wish the tortillas were just a wee bit bigger so all the "innards" of the taco weren't falling out due to the tortilla being so small.I was SO excited to try the baja. However, my mouth was not. The toppings were so spicy it was uncomfortable, but neither of those was a match for the extremely bland (and I have to say it, probably not fresh) fish used in my taco. It was a let down because it looked so delicious.I would love to try again, but I would absolutely avoid the baja next time!

Excellent service, flavorful, fresh, and big tacos. Excellent sized ceviche app and the tacos were hardy as well. We were full from two each with the ceviche app to share. Really cool place and we will certainly be back!

This place was awesome for the most part, food was EXCELLENT! This guy knows his stuff!! Tons of awesome options, perfect size menu (not overwhelming), and the healthiest tacos I’ve ever had. The music was a little loud and aggressive but other than that fantastic!

I've ordered the tacos and nachos on separate occasions. Their prices are almost unreasonably high for what you get. For a 6" carne asada taco on a corn tortilla, I believe it was somewhere in the neighborhood of $8. You would need about 3 of these for a decent meal sized portion. I get that food is expensive and inflation or whatever, but it's definitely over priced. Additionally, the tacos were served on two tortillas. Not sure if this is standard practice. The inner tortilla was so soggy that the taco juice was dripping through it (and subsequently all over the place), perhaps this is why they double wrapped it? Because of the double tortillas to assumably remedy the taco juice slop situation, they were almost too gummy to bite and chew. Maybe I just received a bad taco and their food is generally good, but for an $8 3-bite taco I don't think I'll be finding out. Nachos were around $15 and generally unremarkable but not terrible.
