Went to Ted’s today 6/22 at 1:30, so after lunch hour rush. They have gone to computer ordering and the system SUCKS! One person taking orders instead of the grill man, system goes down repeatedly, it 30 minutes at 1:30 to get my order and pay. Food cooked before I could get paid so Dogs and rings were tepid at best. In the past the condiment area was spotless, workers were always wiping up if something dripped, today it was a mess, looked like a high school cafeteria. Hate...read full review
