I tried calling to get information about availabilty for a custom cake for an event. Limited cake options online and their number is not even in service. Don't look for this Baskin Robbins if you're trying to order cakes without the inconvenience of traveling there and possibily not having the cake you want available.

Wow. Rude and indifferent. Wish we could give zero stars. Said they were out of 3 of 4 main flavors we requested. Found them ourselves packaged in the freezer. Asked for a bag to put them in and they put it on the counter and walked away like we were invisible and they couldn't be bothered, as if we were interrupting them to do the job they are being paid for. Not the BR of yester-year. Too bad...p.s. if you don't want to work, we know people who would love to have a job. Seriously...read full review
