This place is always hit or miss with no in between. Either you hit them when they’re open for the hour the gates are open, or the gates are shut for an hour with employees inside. Can’t seem to make sense of it, but service and convenience wise is absolutely worst in Oswego. And that’s being nice about it and giving them chances, but the facts will speak for themselves. Visited the Dunkin' inside Walmart in Oswego, NY this morning and left genuinely concerned — not about the employee, but for her.
I arrived 15 minutes after opening time and the gate was still partially closed. A handwritten sign at the register listed several items out of stock: skim milk, cream, sparkling water, lemonade — and noted card-only transactions.
