KFC of Oswego has a great team that is fast and perfect with a smile. The food was amazing, and biscuits were good. However, service was terrible with no napkins or utensils, and to-go bags were unlabeled. One order of 2 regular and 2 extra crispy with fries and mashed potatoes was not warm, with two pieces having more bone than chicken.
