Port City Cafe & Bakery Reviews
I ordered a cheese danish asked for butter. Didn't get butter bc it's a dollar charge. Got coffee-was cold. Notified them and she says, "sigh, do you want me to make another one?" The small cup of coffee was almost $3 too. Is is too much to ask to be welcoming and glad that you're spending your hard earned $ there??
i had the greek salad but wish they didnt charge for every topping for a sandwhich it should come with lettuce and a dressing at least
the cashier we had was very nice and the salad i ate for two meals no olives though? i miss them in the greek salad just wondering why?
overall great food but its a little pricey

Port City Cafe & Bakery is a laid-back and inviting spot with a variety of great choices on the menu. The cafe offers many delicious sandwich options and has a wonderful ambiance that makes it a nice place to enjoy a meal. Although the staff can be a bit cranky at times, they are usually friendly and willing to help. The food is generally good, including praised items like the Korean BBQ bowl, the turkey bacon and smoked Gouda sandwich, and the 10/10 Tuscan tomato soup. There are also many gluten-free options, making it a destination eatery for those with dietary needs. The cafe provides some good choices for well-behaved or older children but may not be super kid-friendly. One reviewer noted that the staff's kindness and hospitality shine through, even mentioning a time when they helped a homeless individual. Despite a few minor drawbacks, including some busy moments leading to staff being a bit overwhelmed, Port City Cafe & Bakery remains a great spot for a meal or date.
