I usually have to drive out to Syracuse for good sushi... but no more!! I cannot stress how fresh and flavorful everything is here... still as we drive away im dreaming of our next visit. the fish wasnt that stale 2 days in the fridge stiffness... it melts in your mouth. not sold? I am very sure the woman behind the counter is the sweetest human ive ever met- she truly truly wants to make good food and shes doing just that. we WILL be back.
The Fuse is definitely one of my top choices for dining in Oswego. The ingredients are consistently fresh and prepared with great care. When ordering take-out, the food is packaged nicely. I've never been disappointed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had a GREAT experience at The Fuse tonight! Service and food was GREAT!! My 9yr old granddaughter said she loved her sushi and she would give more than 5 stars if she could!
