I tried their Butterscotch Soft Icecream. I like it but it’s not my favorite. At the back of the shop, there’s hang out area where you can see a fishpond of goldfishes. This one is actually cute! I hope there’s more chairs and tables.

Very friendly and inviting atmosphere. The kids loved it. Had a Mushroom Swiss burger and fries and the kids had chicken tenders and fries. Portions were HUGE and it was very tasty. The kids had a soft serve cone after dinner and it was great. Definately recommend.

This place used to be fantastic when it was called sprinkles and cream…. The night we came it started to rain, but the dining room was closed they delayed in opening it for us to eat our food. The soft serve ice cream was like soup. Very disappointing experience, try The Golden Guernsey, in Oneonta…better quality everything.

This place has the worst soft serve I’ve ever had. It was so thin and watery that it almost had the consistency of whipped cream. The flavors were very artificial tasting, my wife got pistachio and it didn’t taste like any other pistachio ice cream that she’s had, I got s’mores and it tasted like coffee, I hate coffee, I had to throw it away. It was also more expensive than other places in the area, do not recommend.

I got a Mushroom Swiss Burger with fries and a coke. It was a HUGE burger and it was delicious. I had a PB sundae for dessert. I left satisfied and will be definately returning.The staff was friendly and I enjoyed conversation with them.

We ordered a small Oreo milkshake, the brownie specialty sundae with nuts whipped cream and a cherry , strawberry cheesecake specialty sundae with nuts whipped cream and a cherry , and a small cup of Reese pieces for my littlest kiddo. All came to $27!!
The strawberry sundae had no strawberries nuts or cherry at all just syrup, the brownie sundae had not nuts or cherry, and I was charged for a kiddie cone and a topping for the little 2” cup of Reese pieces($3.55+.75 ) all the ice cream was like soup.
We arrived at 8pm. And the two young people who were running it closed up and left at 820pm before us… as we were chatting with another lovely couple who were equally disappointed. Supposed to be open until 9pm.
Should have gone to Get the scoop.
Very disappointed 😔
I hope they read reviews and learn from them.

Terrible service. Went to get an ice cream cone. They close at 9pm. I pulled in at 12 minutes to 9. As soon as I opened the door of my vehicle, they turned off the lights, put their heads down and wouldn't even make eye contact. If you say you are open until 9, then you should be open until then. It's an ice cream cone, not a full sit down dinner service. Rude!
I hope they read their reviews and take this criticism to do better. This is my second visit with the same issue. I will try them one more time to see if the issue is resolved. The owner is not inviting not pleasant at all girl at the window was nice, but the biggest issue is the soft ice cream has chewy Sandy grit in it. I thought it was the issue just because they just opened new ownership two months later same issue ice cream Is either curdled and spoiled or they’re not cleaning their machine it’s a health risk and I find it disgusting this is from someone that ran an ice cream store for over 20 years. I wish this business the best and hope they correct this problem. I am an Otego local and I frequent this place before the new owners at least once a week. I will try them one more time the same issue occurs. I will never go back. I hope they correct the issue, because I want this business to succeed I would’ve had a personal conversation with the owner if she was more inviting instead of using a review where everyone can see. Response from the owner or correction of problem I will take the review down and get five stars
