Uptown Diner Reviews
We had such a great breakfast at this cute little diner. My husband and I both got omelets and they were HUGE and came with amazing toast (assuming it was homemade based on the size of the bread). Just a great, inexpensive breakfast. The waitress was so friendly and attentive too!
This place is a slice of heaven. It's nostalgia, wrapped in love. If you come often enough, the waitresses will all know you by name, and have your order put in before you even finish sitting down. Food so fresh that you almost wanna ask whose garden it came from so can send a card. HOMEMADE SLOPPY JOES, I cannot emphasize enough how good that special was. Get the muffins grilled, you'll be glad you did.
It is the kindest friendliest place. The portions are huge. One pancake is as big as the plate and thick like two. It is on its own plate. I’m visiting from California and my cousin is at work they let me sit for hours while serving me coffee. Everyone knows everyone and the are all both Dems and Rep. no hate no arguments just family. The world needs more Diners like this. Thank you

Uptown Diner is a charming small town family diner located between Seneca and Cayuga, perfect for a delicious breakfast stop. Despite being understaffed during a busy period, the food was worth the slight wait. The sausage and pepper omelet, French toast, and pancake were all hot, tasty, and satisfying. The diner is kid-friendly, offering single pancake orders for little ones and accommodating strollers at the table.
The hospitality at Uptown Diner goes above and beyond, with a clean environment and friendly staff who are welcoming and considerate to all customers, including children. The overall experience was extraordinary, and customers plan to return and recommend the restaurant to friends and family. Uptown Diner is a hidden gem away from the bustle of larger cities, offering delicious food and excellent service near the Finger Lakes region.
The restaurant is a great spot for breakfast and lunch, with well-executed food options and reasonable prices. Customers have enjoyed the classic breakfast with eggs, meat, and toast, as well as the sausage gravy and biscuits. The omelets are reported to be huge and come with amazing, possibly homemade, toast. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the restaurant is highly recommended for both travelers and locals.
