Hosmer is my all time favorite FLX winery. Their wines never dissapoint (their pinot gris is actually one of my all time favorite wines of any winemaking region.) The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming with zero pretense.
Over several years, we have tried many wineries in Finger Lakes and found that Hosmer is our favorite by far. Never have we found one of their wines to be less than thrilling. Reasonable prices, pleasant staff and owners, and beautiful estate. Boutique but still a good value and with the added pleasure of estate wines. Built a custom flight of 5 wines to taste and all of them were winners. Ended up taking home a bottle of the Dry Riesling. Connor did an excellent job guiding my group through the tastings and staff overall were incredibly hospitable. The tastings were reasonably priced and included a complimentary wine glass which was a nice surprise. Looking forward to returning next time I’m back in the Finger Lakes!
