This might be the worst Dunkin I have ever visited. Unfortunately, it is the only one in my neighborhood. There is always some issue. Whether it be the coffee or food not made correctly, or tasting horribly bad, or cups not being filled up more than half way... Most of the time orders are placed online and sometimes you get good service and other times you are treated like you are bothering them. I wish I could give 0 stars. It’s local to my job and every time someone goes, there’s a problem - overcharged, coffee made wrong, food still cold, food forgotten. We will no longer be going there. Ordered a box of hot chocolate for my staff which is listed 18.99 on the website and I was charged $26.99. I told them three times that it’s a different price on the website and was told “no” and “you ordered a box of hot chocolate.” Worst service, unfriendly workers,...read full review
