They are consistently wrong with take our orders
More than half of the time I receive the wrong order :(
Unfortunately this isn’t going to much a positive review. This is my local Dunkin and I frequently avoid it especially if I’m in a rush or I know it’s going to be a busier time of day. The staff is very disregarding nearly any time I go in. I do mobile orders a lot and everytime (not just once or twice) I will go in to scoop it up, the pickup screen says ready and I stand in there for several more minutes.
