The associates are really polite and very sweet. They all have wonderful smiles.I always place a mobile order about 15 minutes before I show up and it's always ready by the time I get there. Occasionally, they are out of an ingredient and in those cases my order isn't ready--as they wait for me to pick a substitute, but they usually make the coffee quick enough for me to catch my train anyway.The coffee isn't spectacular, but for $2, it's perfectly fine. Definitely a train station, commuter, grab and go location. Mediocre service. Not necessarily clean like many others. Straw wrappers always on the floor. Garbage frequently full. But clean behind the counter where food and drink prep occursOdd parking entrance and exit situation/location

The female staffs with Idian accents on the morning shift were rude, didn’t get my order right, and didn't bother to say thank you. They were rude with the customers before and after me too so I just assume that they are rude with everyone, lol.However, the young male staff on the evening shift was nice and professional.
