Felt for Peruvian food today, and lucky me, we have one very right here in Rockaway Blvd... i was happy because i didnt feel like driving out today...so we ventured in our own town. These guys are amazing. Not only is the food fantastic, but the service is spot on. I had a 5 star experience yesterday that I have to comment on. Due to a last min emergency, I had to place a very large, last minute order on July 4th! Not only did they have the order ready in under an hour, but there was a discrepancy with one of the large orders, and they gladly made the order for me again, after we got down to the misunderstanding. The food here was so good. We tried the Jalea that comes with an amazing onion salsa, salchipapas, arroz chaufa pollo and chicken empanadas. The side sauces: aji verde and aji amarillo were so so delicious. The best part of all is that the chicken they serve is HALAL! The restaurant is very nice and neat. The host and the servers were so so sweet. As someone who doesn’t speak Spanish, I felt so welcome. I will be coming back for more!
