Fantastic food with some of the best ribs I have ever had. The smokey flavor was so rich that when I licked my fingers I could still taste it. I normally use extra BBQ sauce with my ribs but the sauce they had in them was so good that I didn’t even use extra sauce. The corn bread was great. The pickles were not homemade so skip those.
We used Blackhart BBQ to cater my fathers 74th Birthday! The owner was exceptionally easy to work with and helped us make decisions based on our needs. For 14 people we ordered Brisket, Pulled Chicken, Baked Beans, Salt Potatoes, and Corn Muffins. We definitely had food left over, but we sent it home with guests and finished the leftovers the next day. The price point and amazing food were perfect and I enjoyed a day with family rather than hours of preparation and presentation....
Black Hart had it all for a small local BBQ place. It started out with the super friendly and helpful service. I gave Atmosphere a four because it is a simple dining experience, but the place was spotless and clean. Even the restroom. We like BBQ, having grown up in Texas, and this place nails it.
