It's disappointing to see this place slip in quality! We waited over an hour for our meal without receiving any updates on its status, so we ended up leaving. While the staff members were friendly, they weren't particularly attentive. I know things can go wrong, but a quick update or explanation would have gone a long way. We had reservations for 6 at 7:30 Saturday night for a 50th birthday celebration. They told us there was a 20 minute wait when we arrived on time. We waited over an hour crammed in that little bar area and were told 5 different stories about how they gave our table away and would just be a few minutes, while we watched other groups coming in after us and being seated.
