We are literally obsessed with Ralph's Italian Ices and we stop by 4x a year or more when we drive out east and back. The service can be spotty during typical peak hours in the summer which one would expect since the space is small. They don't just serve typical 3-5 flavors and we are always talking about which flavors we will try next time. Kid friendly sizes offered and overall delicious! I recommend Ralph's ices for people of all ages!

Expensive, sizes don't seem right. Large is like a medium in soft serve. I ordered sprinkles it's like they count how many they put on. Won't be going back.

Gotta love Ralph's. The new raspberry soft serve is delicious. Blue Hawaiian ice is a favorite! Only complaint would be how expensive it is compared to most other ice cream shops.

so this was interesting buy a 9 dollar pint of ice cream and have to pay 10 dollars because there is a minimum on a card...other than that i didnt have a problem with the service...I know that these Ralph's are owned separately but the one that is in lindy has no minimum and from a business stand point that would definitely get people pissed ...but like I said overall this was a first pleasant experience ?

refused to let me pay with a $50 bill for a 10$ order when the people before me payed with 10s and 5s been coming here for years and never had this issue

Not to get myself in hot water with management since she knows me but I think we need to go back to the way Ices USED TO BE DONE/SERVED here. Lately (and I mean for the past 4 seasons or so) the servers/workers DO NOT press down on the scoops put into the cups like how it used to be done years ago resulting in a little too much space left over in the cups resulting in not fully getting your money's worth. (back then there was no scoop rule where small cups= 2 scoops, Medium=3 scoops, Large= 4 scoops).......I understand production costs have gone up and general cost of the tubs of ices have gone up over the recent years but still thats what raising the prices are for. Taking the scoops per size cup you get thing litetally needs to be thrown out the window and the cups should just be filled fully like they used to.

I am so excited. First time at Ralph’s Patchogue, the owner was sooooo sweet and very patient. She made our experience awesome. Workers are very happy. Place very clean and organized. Highly recommended!!!!!

The old woman at the counter I’m assuming is the owner is DISGUSTINGLY RUDE !! I have never ever seen someone so disrespectful and unprofessional! She gave my family an I a nasty attitude the entire time, unbelievable! All the other staff members are so friendly & deliver outstanding customer service and then there’s her a miserable human being!

Owner of Patchogue Ralph’s ices is an extremely rude and unprofessional person. I will never patronize this particular establishment again! My daughter ordered from the menu, asking for a sundae (she pointed to the picture and stated the name of what she wanted). She was given something totally different and asked for the item to be replaced. She was told to throw out the item and then the owner told her she had to purchase a new ice cream. When I called she was rude to me as well. All she cares about is money. She told me and my daughter that if she replaced the ice cream she would be losing money. I am disgusted by this!
