The food was GOOD, not great. Their Valentines limited menu options was adequate but the baked clams was more breading than actual clam meat. But their strawberry and chocolate dessert was amazingly delicious. The ambience would have been better if it wasn’t cold temperature and the loud party music. This was supposed to be a romantic special occasion for Valentine’s Day, instead felt like at other random night.

My husband's meal, chicken Francese, was absolutely terrible! It was dry and overcooked and had no franchise flavor whatsoever. No slices of lemon either. We were so disappointed and will not be back. They also charge a “customer service fee” added to the bill. What customer service.....there was no one in the place. No I know why! It's a beautiful place but very overrated. Beware!!

We had reservation for New Year’s Eve at 9:30. Even though there were available tables, we wait for 40 minutes. Then, when they took the order was around 30 minutes more. We had the food just before 12, and the gave to us wrong plates. The food was not to good and was cold. For the check, they charge almost 100 dollars for the service, and the service was terrible.

Not very much food for the money. The service was slow and disorganized, and the bill had mandatory twenty- five percent tip plus high credit card charges. I ended up paying one seventy five for a dinner and two drinks. The management was obnoxious and rude when I discussed the bill. Last time for sure!

Three of us went here for New Year’s Eve - the $95 3 course meal included hats, noise makers and champagne, but we never received our champagne - and, all of our food was cold.
We had to find our waiter to get him to give us a check. And then we didn’t realize until that we got home that even though the fourth person in our party was not able to make it, they charged us for a fourth meal anyway.
The food would’ve been delicious if it was hot. They either need more wait staff or more attentive wait staff to serve the food hot - that means as soon as it comes out of the kitchen.
I was disappointed and really upset that we were charged for a fourth meal -because if I had known that we would’ve taken it home with us.
I don’t think I’ll be back.
Even though the food didn’t taste bad, but it would’ve tasted so much better if it was hot. And considering it’s so expensive I wouldn’t want to take the chance of having a cold meal again.

To start, wanted a deposit for a reservation for 4. No mention that the regular menu was unavailable and a price fix was being offered. Limited options, smaller portions than the regular menu as well. Had to chase down the waitress for refills. Steak requested medium, came out beyond blue, had to be sent back. Returned the same cut up piece, grilled longer. Pork chop tougher than a shoe heel. No visit from a manager. Check came, gratuity and a service charge added with no mention, nearly tipped twice. Don't think we'll be back.

Food and service was great. I did not appreciate getting the bill showing a higher amount than expected after speaking with them they included the tip at 20%. But the the bill did not state that and left a line for a gratuity. I left the tip blank after it was explained. Not a good reasturant practice

Visited on Christmas Eve. $49 Prime Rib was tough and chewy with little taste. Seafood bisque had a very odd taste as well. Unfortunate as the atmosphere and service was very good.

We were a group of 20 on Friday Dec 5. We were so excited to celebrate our holiday party with friends and family. Our food experience was not as we expected.

The pros: the attentive wait staff and the overall atmosphere. The band was amazing. Raspberry cheesecake absolutely DELICIOUS.

The cons: parking lot was full we had to park at the car dealer lot. The bathrooms were not so clean. Our dinner penne a La vodka was cold. The steak strip dinner was cold. The salmon dinner was cold. The chicken franchese dinner was also cold. Basically all of the food we paid $85 per person was cold. We were ALL so disappointed.

The waitress was so apologetic.

When i warmed it up the steak and penne the next day everything taste AMAZING…Great Flavor. I will definitely be back to see if my food will be to satisfaction.

I would suggest to management don’t book so many parties if you can’t handle keeping the food hot.

You will have the best food and the best service at this local spot. You'll feel welcome from start to dessert. Dont forget to stop at the bar or get an excellently made drink by their 2 pretty and great mixologists. Stay for tge bands they finish your night with joy.

Went here for a private party, the room they had us in was small and had a very thin wall dividing us from the actual restaurant and we heard their live band during our party. The food was subpar, the best thing was the flounder stuffed with crab, that was delicious. The desserts they had for us were the Italian Cookies you can buy at any grocery store, these little cakes and mini apple tarts which I will give them points for though. And I will add the staff were excellent. They were all so sweet and provided excellent service to us. The bar was only giving us simple drinks mixed with soda, nothing like Moscow mule, or any types of Martini but I don't fault them for that, that's probably just the alcohol package the person who planned the event got. The worst part was probably the parking situation, there is no place to park at all, and the majority of us had to park in lots next door. For a place that hosts events with lots of guests and still operates their restaurant at the same time they should definitely try and expand their parking lot. Or at least they should get a new sign saying where extra parking is provided as the current one is faded.
