Longtime regulars here. We usually order through Uber’s BOGO, but my wife and mother‑in‑law called in tonight not realizing the deal is Uber-only. That part’s on us. What wasn’t okay was the manager speaking down to my mother‑in‑law. A respectful “Sorry, we can’t honor third‑party promos” would’ve been enough. Food was fine; hospitality wasn’t.

I would like to thank the staff at Rudi's for making us welcome at there place. We were in town for the Ryder Cup and looked for a place close by to have a late lunch on Friday. Since they had early service e we went back on Sunday to watch the Steeler game from Ireland. The staff was excellent and treated us like regulars. The breakfast was good. We will send a picture of us with the Rudi's shirts provided by you. Thanks again for the courtesy extended to us and good luck to all. You are the best. My boys and I went to Rudi’s last night for a METS baseball watch party, it was lots of fun!! The burger, fries, chicken fingers and Tater tots were yummy! The frozen Pina Colada was delicious!! The atmosphere, was chill! We will definitely be steady customers!

Great local bar & grill. Food was excellent, staff was friendly, and bar was clean. Highly recommend the corn nuggets for a snack. Burger was cooked perfectly and seasoned well.

Food is always wrong. Owner or manager sits at end of bar with an attitude-very unwelcoming. Bathrooms filthy. Huge turnover of bartenders which questions how they’re treated. Overall hate going . Karaoke and trivia nights terrible. I tried so many times. Give up
