I’ve visited this bar twice now, and unfortunately, both times I noticed a pretty big issue with fruit flies. On my first visit, it was a bit off putting to see so many, and one even landed in my drink. The second visit, we had the same issue with flies, plus we had a disappointing experience with the service. While our waitress was easy on the eyes, it ended there she was inattentive and a bit snotty she didn’t even acknowledge us when we left a generous tip. I hope they can address the cleanliness and service issues, because it’s a nice spot otherwise

Would not recommend due to terrible customer service. I’m not one to leave a review but the tonight was unacceptable. It’s New Years day, I walked in 20 minutes after placing my order over the phone, walked up to the pick up location only to be ignored as if the waitress didn’t see me. There were a group of 3 men she was tending to at the time I walked up who were questioning her about getting drinks complaining that there were no seats at the bar and a lady waiting for her order to be ready. I didn’t receive a greeting as if I was just standing there for my health. I stood there for a good five minutes before noticing even the manager of the restaurant was right there at the end of the bar who didn’t bother to greet me. After watching the to-go waitress walk in and out the kitchen about 3 times, I walked up to the manager and asked kindly if I could pay for my order I made over the phone only to realize my order had been sitting next to him the entire time just freezing away. They saw me walk up to the side table to see if either of the two orders already bagged were for me and didn’t bother to ask for my name, number or order. I say this to say that racism is a real thing and is still here on Long Island and anyone of color should not spend their money here.

Great fun time staff and customers make it feel like a family atmosphere no problems here they got a plan of a Great buffet and a good '70s '80s band what's and lots of TVs to watch the Knicks beat San Antonio starting at 7:00 get here early on New Year's Eve for good seating
Any time I order a burger from here it’s not cooked after choosing the option well done every single time. If you’re just going to cook it how you want it, remove the option. Can’t even eat what we paid for.

ordered Italian wedding soup on Uber Eats they didn’t fill my soup all the way and there was no meatballs in my soup and she told me that it doesn’t come with it and if you know it definitely does. Also no utensils or napkins in my bag.

Longtime regulars here. We usually order through Uber’s BOGO, but my wife and mother‑in‑law called in tonight not realizing the deal is Uber-only. That part’s on us. What wasn’t okay was the manager speaking down to my mother‑in‑law. A respectful “Sorry, we can’t honor third‑party promos” would’ve been enough. Food was fine; hospitality wasn’t.

I would like to thank the staff at Rudi's for making us welcome at there place. We were in town for the Ryder Cup and looked for a place close by to have a late lunch on Friday. Since they had early service e we went back on Sunday to watch the Steeler game from Ireland. The staff was excellent and treated us like regulars. The breakfast was good. We will send a picture of us with the Rudi's shirts provided by you. Thanks again for the courtesy extended to us and good luck to all. You are the best.
