We went to Tap room on New Year’s Eve at 5:30 pm. At 7:00 pm we still didn’t get our food that was ordered when we arrived. As we sat at our table we watched 30+ bags of to go or delivery food go past us. There were other tables of people that came in well after us and received their food as we waited and waited. Was there for Fathers Day brunch, I do not recommend it. Overpriced, Food was cold, very slow service. Missing ordered items when asked about it they came out with (belgium waffle) hard as a hockey puck. Overall brunch was 2 thumbs down 👎 👎 .
Wanted to give a huge shout out to the Tap Room (Patchogue) (specifically the Patchogue location). We were invited to a family party, buffet-style. I reached out to the restaurant via email, because I wanted to make sure they could accommodate my daughters food allergies -- eggs, soy, sunflower seeds, tree nuts and peanuts, or I would plan ahead and pack snacks she could safely eat instead.
